Job Description

RieLes Group we are seeking a Psychotherapist to provide onsite support to the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS) team at Asheville NC. The North Carolina National Guard Integrated Behavioral Health System (NCNG IBHS) provides confidential behavioral health support to service members and their families across the state including Asheville. The Asheville team consists of clinicians and case managers embedded in local armories and Family Assistance Centers to ensure accessible care. Although specific Ashevillebased NCNG clinicians are not publicly listed local mental health facilities such as the Comprehensive Care Center and Mission Health Behavioral Health Services complement the support network in the area.

Location: Asheville North Carolina 28806
Fulltime onsite position
The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and three 12month option years

Overview: Provide highquality clinical services in a dynamic environment. Ashevilles IBHS site seeks a skilled therapist ready to address the diverse behavioral health needs of its military community

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evidencebased interventions
  • Participate in case reviews and interagency coordination
  • Contribute to outcome tracking and program development

Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in counseling social work psychology or behavioral health discipline
  • 3 years postlicensure clinical experience in behavioral health individual couple family mental health and domestic/workplace violence counseling services psychopathology and psychosocial dynamics
  • Clinical experience with trauma and resilience
  • Cultural competence in military environments
