Primary Purpose:
Our Residence Inn Joplin is seeking an outdoor enthusiast who has a passion for ensuring the grounds of our property are maintained and to keep our outdoor pool and patio area ready for our guests at all times.
Work Performed:
The Seasonal Groundskeeper will be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:
Maintaining the outdoor grounds of our property ensuring they are clean wellmanicured and visually appealing .
Pruning and Trimming:Pruning trees shrubs and hedges;removing dead or diseased branches.
Weeding and Debris Removal:Removing weeds raking leaves and cleaning up trash and debris.
Planting and Landscaping:Planting flowers shrubs and trees;preparing soil;and ensuring proper drainage and watering.
Pool Maintenance and upkeep: Ensure pool equipment remains functioning cleaning pool maintain pool safety standards and regulations.
Outdoor projects as assigned by department head.

Qualifications:
- Pool maintenance experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift a minimum of 50lbsoccasionally
- Able to lift a minimum of 25lbs regularly
- Ableto bend and squat repeatedly
- Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
- Ability to work a daytime weekdays weekends and holidays.
This seasonal role will be available May September 2025. Hours will vary weekly up to 30 hours/week.
Hourly Pay Range: $15.25$16.01
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
