Fred Hutchs Philanthropy program raises funds for cancer and related disease research care and education to help Fred Hutch become the worlds best cancer center. Since the April 2022 merger that led to the formation of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center Fred Hutch has served as the cancer program for UW Medicine and Philanthropy is proud to raise funds that fuel the adult oncology program on behalf of both Fred Hutch and UW Medicine.
The Program Coordinator PeertoPeer is a member of the Experience & Engagement program and reports to the Program Director Experience & Engagement program is responsible for broadbased donor acquisition; donor communications; stewardship and recognition; and a robust pipeline of events.
The Program Coordinator PeertoPeer manages the essential daytoday administrative responsibilities of the team as well as special projects related to the maintenance and growth of Philanthropys infrastructure and operational Program Coordinator PeertoPeer provides customer service and administrative support for anarray of grassroots and peertopeer donors prospective donors and initiatives.

Some travel and weekend and evening work may be required.
This position requires a minimum of two days per week at our South Lake Union campus.
Responsible for responding to donor and prospective donor inquiries via the departments main phone line and email inboxes.
Assist with the creation upkeep and reporting of peertopeer fundraising pages.
Coordinate memorial giving pages including responding to inquiries assisting with page set up and reporting fundraising information to nextofkin.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $30.65 to $43.64 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
This role will have the opportunity to work partially at our campus and remotely.
