Position Responsibilities:
Identify basic process gaps and control risks. Evaluate impact propose changes and implement improvements to remediate gaps. Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting. Use financial systems and advanced Excel functions to work with large data sets. Responsible for the output of forecasts budgets and consolidations. Work with a variety of data sources. Identify incomplete or inaccurate data identify root causes of data issues escalate discrepancies fix data where possible. Perform indepth data analytics. Drive standardization across geographies and businesses and leverage automation to maximize efficiency. Communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner and adjust style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues clearly. Identify and implement solutions to improve automate standardize or simplify finance processes. Prioritize work resolve issues meet deadlines and seek feedback from manager. Drive own selfdevelopment in the Finance Community. Seek opportunities to expand finance expertise. Participate in events initiatives and projects then share gained knowledge.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance Accounting Business Economics or a related analytical field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) experience in financial modeling and P&L management or analysis; (2) experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (including with SQL MS Access Essbase or Cognos); (3) creating process improvements with automation and analysis; (4) building financial and operational reports and data sets that inform business decisionmaking; and (5) experience performing ad hoc analysis using advanced Excel. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
