Job Description
RieLes Group we are seeking a Health/Wellness Advocate to provide onsite support to the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS) team at Apex NC. The North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS) provides behavioral health support to service members and their families across the state including Apex NC. While specific team members at Apex arent publicly listed the system offers services like crisis intervention mental health treatment assessments and resource assistance.

- Plan and lead wellness events and workshops
- Provide individual and group health coaching
- Conduct outreach to increase service access
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in public health health education or related field (Masters preferred)
- 3 years of postgraduate experience in a social work setting if a masters degree is held; 1 year within a military setting
- 5 years of postgraduate experience in a social work setting if a bachelors degree is held; 1 year within a military setting
- Knowledge of wellness nutrition stress reduction and behavior change
- Strong communication and engagement skills
