Work Schedule:Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime Hours and shifts are subject to change.
Where you come in:
- Youll need a moderate understanding of general job aspects and some understanding of the detailed aspects of the job.
- Youll apply acquired job and company knowledge of policies and procedures to complete semiroutine tasks.
What makes you successful:
- Daily direct oversite of selected area (Inventory) ensuring the team stay compliant using the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) maintaining expected packing productivity rate.
- Performs transactions in ERP/WMS system including but not limited to shipping entering cycle counts material receipts shipments etc.
- Investigate and resolve complex shipping or receiving issues utilizing ERP/WMS system. Provides feedback/suggestions to minimize reoccurring issues.
- Become a Subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle ERP/ WMS system.
- Present data and information to employees and leadership with formatting documents in Microsoft Office.
- Data analysis utilizing a variety of resources reports and software reviewing performance and daily workload.
- Ensures the teams proper use of equipment such as but not limited to; pallet jacks standup reach trucks sitdown reach trucks turret trucks electric rider jacks box trucks to unload/load material and transport it between areas.
- Implements process improvement ideas.

NonExempt Salary Details:
The annualized base salary range for this role is $34500 to $57500. Annualized values for nonexempt (hourly) positions are estimates final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience skillset knowledge business needs and market demand.
Language Skills :
Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals;ability to write routine reports and correspondence;ability to verbally communicate with leadership employees and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.
Physical Demands :
Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing walking and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands fingers wrist and greater arm to handle small materials tools boxes and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling twisting and squatting movements.
Work Environment :
Employees may be exposed to the following environmental conditions while performing this job: work near moving parts work with chemicals outdoor weather conditions extreme heat (nonweather) extreme cold (nonweather) exposure to intense light and/or intermittent light fastpaced work and elevated noise levels.
