Location: Saint Louis Missouri (Onsite Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $41200 $44780 per year
Work Type: Inperson (strictly onsite)
Are you passionate about helping others and looking to kickstart your career in customer service We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our database.
- Provide information on promotions services and company policies.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to work in a teamoriented and fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
