Who are we looking for
The Engineering team is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our AI Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing robust AIdriven applications contributing to both our product offerings and internal process enhancements. This role demands a blend of technical prowess innovative thinking and a commitment to quality.

What will You Be Doing
- Design develop and maintain AI services focusing on highquality scalable and reliable productionlevel code.
- Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI features into products and internal tools.
- Prototype and iterate on solutions rapidly in Python with a strong grasp of machine learning principles.
- Leverage APIs from leading LLM providers to implement RAG and agentic workflows across the enterprise
- Utilize machine learning frameworks such as scikitlearn and PyTorch to implement and optimize algorithms.
- Create frontend prototypes and tools using JavaScript to showcase and interact with AI functionalities.
- Analyze data to extract insights inform decisionmaking and measure the impact of AI solutions.
Requirements
The Necessities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Physics Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ML/AI software development with a proven track record of delivering productionlevel code.
- Experience delivering Python applications to production.
- Familiarity with basic machine learning concepts and experience in applying them using frameworks like Scikitlearn and PyTorch.
- Experience with ETL and data and model pipelines
- Experience with Docker AWS and other cloud services for deploying and scaling applications.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and commitment to developing reliable welltested code.
- Experience with RDBMS (Postgres preferred)
- Strong knowledge of AI algorithms techniques and technologies.
- Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an Agile environment working with tools such as GitHub Jira and Jenkins.

The expected salary range for this position is $150K175K for New York & $142.5K166.25K for Austin & King of Prussia.
