Responsibilities
Flexibility There are a wide range of projects that can be worked on and there is room to grow. In this role you have an opportunity to work on things that interest you in the process space. We also have more control over setting the pace of our work.
Visibility We interface with many different skill teams and at many levels within those teams. You will have the opportunity to work on and present projects to senior management and enact tangible change in the PD organization.
Own It Opportunity to lead and take ownership of process improvement initiatives.

What youll do...
Develop Support and Maintain processes; Develop subject matter expertise (SME) through program interaction and support.
Milestone Training Lead the training and continuous improvement initiatives for Milestones.
FEDEBOM/Qlik Sense/Future BoM System Finance Lead Lead the training and continuous improvement initiatives for the FEDEBOM Qlik Sense and the future BoM systems. Interface regularly with IT to support the development of enhanced tools and methods to deliver program reports more efficiently.
LORA Management Work with Core Program Management and Finance teams to maintain and update the Levels of Release Authority Document.
Standardization of Global Processes Work crossfunctionally to develop and implement consistent reports and processes around the world.
iERP Process Integration Work crossfunctionally to implement updated processes aligned with iERP system.
Project Synergy Help influence the future of program reporting relating to cost and sourcing.
Provide support and input to Program Finance teams.
Qualifications
Youll have...
- PD Finance experience.
- Bachelor or MBA in Business Finance or Accounting.
- Innovative / Strategic Thinking.
- Simplification / Continuous Improvement Mindset.

This position is a range of salary grades 58 .
