Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups Sprint Planning Reviews and Retrospectives
Remove blockers and shield the team from external distractions
Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum values and continuous improvement
Partner with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog priorities and delivery alignment
Track team progress using burndown charts velocity metrics and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
Support scaled Agile environments and crossteam coordination
Promote a culture of ownership transparency and collaboration
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development teams
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe)
Proficient in JIRA Confluence or Azure DevOps
Strong servant leadership facilitation and conflictresolution skills
Experience working with crossfunctional teams (Dev QA Product UX etc.)
