Job Description:
- Work requires independent action and a high degree of initiatives to resolve issues. Works on complex assignments requiring development of concepts and techniques.
- Works closely with Material Management to proactively prioritize work queue
- Administers transactions in the Material Requirements Planning software tool
- Performs research and problem solving to address general supply and demand issues
- Execute reports and analyzes data to highlight trends
- Prepares and executes shipping documents
- Prioritizes return to stock activities for completed/acceptable components
- Coordinates delivery of products and material to end user
- Receives reviews and processes general material requests from Engineering
Essential Functions:
- Receive assignments for processing in the Materials Requirements Planning software in accordance with L3Harris operating procedures contractual ISO FAR and ITAR standards and requirements
- Clerical duties requiring exceptional attention to detail
- Works well within a team and is capable of reprioritizing assignments based on workload and doing so with a positive and constructive attitude
- Generating purchase requisitions and working with logistics department on order needs
- Interface with both internal and external customers
- Analyzing shipping & receiving documents for discrepancies and problems.
- Performing manual receivers inventory adjustments and other transactions as per procedures
- Required ability to perform moderately strenuous physical and repetitious work to include standing bending kneeling lifting and working overhead
Qualifications:
- Requires advanced job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years postSecondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications specifically Excel
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
- Experience with MRP and Agile/PDM software tools
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Secret Clearance
