Job Description

Reason For Coverage: Supplemental

Coverage Period: ASAP Ongoing

Coverage Type: Clinical only

Shift Schedule: MonFri; 8a5p

At least 2 weeks/month; prefer 2 on/2 off.

Patient Demographics: Adults

Patient Volume: 5

Physicians in Practice: 5

Support Staff:

6 APPs 1 RN 2 MAs & 8 Office Staff

Required Procedures:

Upper GI Endoscopy (with biopsy with foreign body removal with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser)

ERCP: Diagnostic

Esophageal dilatation/manometry & manometry interpretation.

Small Bowel biopsy

Lower GI Endoscopy

Sigmoidoscopy (Rigid & Flexible)

Colonoscopy (with biopsy with excision of polyp)

Lab and XRay onsite: Yes

No. of Exam Rooms: 4

Total No. of Beds: 640

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Epic Provation Dragon

Other Info:

2 facilities; Doing OP procedures also is welcome if both IP & OP.

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

BLS ACLS

Healthcare
