As a Senior Operator II supporting the packaging department you will be trusted to work on setting up operating maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing packaging machinery/equipment in Sinking Spring PA.
In this role a typical day will include:
Monitoring evaluating and adjusting processes or packaging equipment to maximize quality and efficiency
Operating equipment that packages materials or products by inserting them into containers or filling containers from spouts or chutes
Completing the batch records and associated documentation
Working in a coordinated computerized manufacturing environment
Performing tasks per applicable safety guidelines as well as appropriate processing standards and ensuring tasks are completed in compliance with all regulatory requirements
May participate in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods solutions and procedures to improve program quality cost and scheduling
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
Work Hours: Work hours: 2nd Shift: Monday Friday: 2:00 PM EST 10:00 PM EST

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Previous machine operator experience is highly preferred
Being capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
Being able to work overtime and on weekends if needed
Ability to collaborate in team enviorment
