Job Description
Valet Driver / Porter / Parts Driver
Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte is seeking a dependable and customerfocusedValet Driver / Porter / Parts Driverto support our Service Department. This individual will be responsible for moving vehicles on and off the lot assisting with customer vehicle valet managing occasional deliveries and providing general support to ensure smooth daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fastpaced teamoriented environment where your contributions directly enhance the customer experience.
What youll be doing:
- Greet customers courteously and assist with vehicle valet service.
- Move vehicles around the dealership lot to maintain an organized flow of traffic.
- Assist with checkin/checkout process for service appointments.
- Deliver and pick up vehicles from vendors sublet repair facilities or customer locations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive parking areas and vehicle inventory.
- Assist with vehicle fueling battery jumps tire inflation and other basic needs.
- Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What were looking for:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable punctual and able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Ability to stand walk and move for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Schedule:
Fulltime. Must be available to work flexible hours including some Saturdays.
