Behavioral Health Clinician
A Behavioral Health Clinician is needed in Connell WA.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in the beautiful Columbia Basin region. This area is known for its rich agricultural heritage outdoor recreation and welcoming community. This position is with a missiondriven healthcare organization that has been serving patients for decades providing highquality compassionate care to the underinsured uninsured and lowincome populations.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $63500 to $79400 (with ability to go higher for experienced & licensed candidates)
- $10000 sign on bonus

Responsibilities
- Work as part of the integrated health team to treat patients with emotional and/or health problems efficiently and effectively.
- This position will be 50% inclinic and 50% at the local elementary school.
- Consult with interdisciplinary team of primary care and behavioral health providers
- Provide access to behavioral health to patients through brief solution focused interventions while generating internal and external referrals for specialty behavioral medicine/treatments.
- Maintain records that document interventions provided in accordance with program requirements and guidelines.
- Participate in evaluation and training of peers and support staff. Also monitor behavioral health program identify problems related to patient care and make recommendations for improvement.
- EMR System is Athena Practice
Requirements
- Masters Degree with a major in social work counseling or related field.
- Licensures accepted: LMHCA LMHC or LICSW.
- Candidates with a completed Masters degree along with strong relevant experience may be considered if they do not have licensure (must be willing to obtain WA licensure).
- Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred but not required.
- Ability to enter and manage data into a centralized electronic health records system
