Key Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and develop a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
- Establish team goals monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback.
- Promote a culture of collaboration excellence and continuous improvement within the recruitment team.
- Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to source diverse and highly qualified candidate pipelines.
- Oversee and continuously improve endtoend recruitment processes ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Utilize datadriven insights to refine hiring practices and enhance candidate experiences.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment practices.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers ensuring alignment on job requirements and expectations.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on market trends talent availability and recruitment challenges.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage social media career events and partnerships to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
- Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Leverage technology to track and analyze recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
- Stay updated on the latest recruiting tools and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives and contribute to decisionmaking at a higher level.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelors degree Business Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage largescale recruitment initiatives in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws hiring regulations and diversity recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in using ATS HRIS and other recruiting technologies.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in employer branding and building strong candidate pipelines.
- Demonstrated potential and readiness for career advancement to a senior leadership role.
- Ability to travel intrastate and interstate
