Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

This position performs daily delivery with a set route of stops. Drives bulk cargo tank vehicle transporting liquid loads. Responsible for providing outstanding customer service loading and unloading vehicles and collecting COD and cash orders at point of delivery.

This driver position is for U.S. Lubricants a division of U.S. Venture Inc.

A scheduled start time and end time will be established between the core hours of 6:00am 5:00pm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive bulk oil truck and follow all safety procedures per training manual
  • Pull product load and unload trucks
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries
  • Be proficient and perform the proper procedures for performing pretrip and posttrip inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 23 years old or older (mandatory company and insurance carrier policy)
  • Commercial Driver License: Class B; Endorsements: (N) Tank (H) Hazardous Materials and Airbrakes as required
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights up to 20 feet as required
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
  • Successfully pass a preemployment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
  • Must meet the physical requirements of the job
  • One of the following:
    • 1 year cargo tank driving experience or
    • 2 years commercial motor vehicle driving experience (Class A or B) or
    • 2 years full time work experience and satisfactory completion of truck driving program (approved by company)
