The Customer Success Engineering team helps provide seamless support experience for Remitly customers. We help our global operations to support our customers experience getting the help they need whenever they need. As a member of the Customer Success Engineering team you will be directly responsible for the customer and agent experience and our customers frictionless access to Remitly agents.
You will be reporting to an Engineering Manager and will work as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on backend development. As an important member of the team you will make long term strategic decisions designing and maintaining scalable and user-friendly applications for our Remitly Customer Success Team.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $180000-$225000. In the U.S. Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
