About the Sales Operations Analyst:
The Sales Operations Analystwill be responsible for working with client services operations and business intelligence staff to build and automate reporting deliverables. This role will be an expert of data for a unique sales team by following trends forecasting and presenting to the client and client services teams.
Location: Ogden UT Hybrid
What will you do
Work with the client services teams to fully understand their business problem and design solutions to meet their needs
Design data models and dashboards using PLX Salesforce and Google Sheets
Writing SQL queriesto extract data internal servers and database
Design and automation of reoccurring report deliverables with Google PLX and internal reporting tools and Looker
An expert in Google Sheets by creating reporting visuals queries and tables
Maintain recurring reporting in PLX SFDC and Google sheets
Build and manage Salesforce reporting and dashboards
Thorough understanding of sales process and corelating data. Define trends build forecasting and overall changes in data with correlating impact. Speak to these findings to client and client services.
Ensure high level of accuracy and quality in all produced work
Other applicable duties as assigned.
What will you need to succeed
Degree or equivalent experience in business marketing statistics computer science or mathematics related fields
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce with experience in report creation and management
Ability to interpret and speak to data and analytics
Demonstrable knowledge of SQL language (on any relational database platform) relational database practices and techniques
Practical experience working in data or technology focused position with preference given to database or reporting jobs
Ability to explain and use joins aggregations pivots and windowed functions when writing queries.
Experience building and publishing dashboards tables and graphs in reporting tools
Good data visualization knowledge
Expertise with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel including charting functions and pivot tables
Must have efficient time management skills organized and customer service oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills ability to multitask and work in a dynamic fast paced environment

The salary range for this position is between $75000.00 and $80000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to the roles responsibilities experience location education/training internal equity and key skills.
