Job Description

Job Duties:
Maintain and enhance the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems for Brunswick Divisions.
Lead PLM practices and assist client companies in other industries around the world.
Design and develop scalable and resilient software solutions with a focus on performance security and maintenance.
Develop hybrid cloudbased applications using OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and Microsoft Azure. Leverage low code platform Mendix for application rationalization and modernization.
Leverage experience with PLM processes and applications to develop new applications and integrations.
Develop IoT and IIot applications using EDGE and cloud technologies.
Lead technical design discussions mentor junior engineers and ensure the team adheres to best practices in software development.
Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components (full stack) of the application using various programming languages and frameworks.
Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit integration and endtoend tests.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and other engineers to deliver highquality products.
Research the latest industry trends technologies and best practices. Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the development process.
Interact with clients to gather requirements provide technical support and deliver tailored solutions. Some remote work may be permitted depending on company policy.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or related.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of experience as Software Developer Web Application Engineer or related.
ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: In lieu of a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience will accept a masters degree and 3 years of experience in the same fields.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience with each of the following: (1) Develop hybrid cloudbased applications using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Microsoft Azure; (2) Leverage lowcode platform Mendix for application rationalization and modernization projects; (3) Utilize experience with PLM processes and applications to develop new applications and integrations; and (4) Develop advanced IoT and Industrial IoT applications using edge and cloud computing technologies.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $148949 $160800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job related knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic location. In addition to base pay this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
