Job Title: Athletics Communications Student Employee

Work Schedule: Minimum 2hrs per week in office; various shifts at home athletics events available; no more than 20 hours per week.
Desired Length of Employment: Ongoing (202526 school year)
Pay Rate: $7.25 $10.00
Job Description: Purpose: Assist in the communications efforts for Baylor Athletics including but not limited to: social media game notes recap stories stats distribution and research media hospitality and more.
Qualifications: Compliance with all NCAA and Baylor Athletics policies is required; some knowledge or experience working in media is preferred; must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.00; be available to work nights and weekends.
- Provide marketing and communications support to assigned area of responsibility
- Assist with various projects activities or tasks related to marketing and communications
- Support marketing and communications strategies and perform duties accordingly
- Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
