Psychotherapist

RieLes Group we are seeking a Psychotherapist to provide onsite support to the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS) team at High Point NC. The North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS) provides mental health and wellness support to service members and families including in High Point NC. Their services include 24/7 crisis intervention free counseling (inperson and virtual) PTSD/TBI screenings and help with housing employment and other resources. In High Point the local NCNG unit is Company F 230th Brigade Support Battalion.

Fulltime onsite position
The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and three 12month option years

Overview: Join our growing behavioral health team in High Point. As a Psychotherapist youll provide traumainformed care and support resilience among Guard members and their families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals and families
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment goals
• Collaborate with team members and referral sources

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in counseling social work psychology or behavioral health discipline
• 3 years postlicensure clinical experience in behavioral health individual couple family mental health and domestic/workplace violence counseling services psychopathology and psychosocial dynamics
• Independent NC license required
• Experience with trauma and family systems work
