- Conduct initial sales Assessments and drive monthly revenue goals.
- Provide inhome and onsite personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
- Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each clients needs and preferences.
- Conduct Reassessments.
- Mentor and lead a team of personal trainers.
- Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
- Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
- Monitor and track client progress to ensure maximum results.
- Drive to and from client training sessions.
- Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
- Attend monthly team meetings.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct assessments and effectively communicate the value of GYMGUYZ services. Develop and maintain relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Ensure that the team has a high level of knowledge with respect to GYMGUYZ training programs and equipment.
- Emphasize the importance of team member involvement in the community and neighborhood.
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to the clients.
- Utilize solid computer skills to manage client data schedules and progress tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) is preferred.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and personal training sessions.
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g. ISSA NASM ACE ACSM).
- CPR/AED certification.
- Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
- 13 years of management experience in the fitness industry including managing people.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a passion for health and fitness.
- Willingness to travel daily for work and possess a dependable vehicle.
