What You Will Do:

  • You will assemble electronic parts and components precisely following engineering drawings schematics and work instructions. This involves proficiently using hand tools power tools and specialized equipment to achieve accurate and efficient assembly results. You apply job skills and company procedures to complete assignments under direct supervision.

  • You will perform routine tasks with close attention to detail and precision during the assembly process. Your primary responsibility will be to align secure and accurately connect components to ensure their optimal functionality and adherence to quality standards.

  • You will adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a secure work environment. Your responsibilities include identifying and addressing potential safety hazards related to the assembly process to ensure a safe and protected workspace for all.

  • You will strive to meet production targets and deadlines as they are communicated to you maintaining exceptional standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout your work.

  • You will primarily engage in seated work at a workstation prioritizing cleanliness as essential. Your responsibility includes maintaining a tidy environment to boost efficiency and cultivate a focused organized approach to all tasks at hand.

  • You will maintain equipment ensuring calibration and proper functionality.

What you will learn

  • Learn the advanced techniques and adhere to the rigorous standards of J Standard soldering essential in electronics manufacturing.

  • Develop the ability to interpret blueprints accurately.

  • Gain insights into continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen and 5S fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation within the workplace.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
