EquipmentShare is searching for a Twoway RF Radio Bench Technician to shape our Tooling Divisions future through technical sales support and direct sales efforts.

Primary Responsibilities
- Maintaining Motorola MotoTrbo Capacity Plus Capacity Max and Legacy Systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing radios on UHF VHF 800900 MHz
- Experienced Motorola Systems Analyzer and Calibration from Service Monitor
- Generate revenue for radio CAT classes.
- Program radios and repeaters to specific frequencies.
- Provide site support for projects.
- Provide radio quotes to internal and external customers.
- Provide on site solutions.

Skills & Qualifications
- At least 37 years of sales experience in commercial construction industrial sales or related equipment is preferred.
- 710 years of experience in radio programming.
- You have past experience with Motorola.
- Youve got the ability to accurately size quote install and manage multiple large projects related to EquipmentShares Tooling Solutions.
- You can juggle numerous tasks and projects of competing priority at once.
- Youre able to create and present presentations to various levels of decisionmakers and you have solid public speaking skills.
- Youre a selfstarter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
