Job Description
The School of Graduate and Professional Studies ( SGPS ) is seeking dynamic learnerfocused online Adjunct Instructor Educator(s) who have experience as an Occupational Therapist and one of the following areas of expertise: autism trauma and interoception . Adjunct instructors will work with adult students at Elizabethtown College to provide them with the knowledge concepts skills and mentorship to be successful in the Capstone courses within the Post Professional Occupational Therapy doctorate degree program. This will be a 100% remote position. ***Due to state tax payroll processing Elizabethtown College is limited to only hiring individuals within the following states: Delaware Maryland New Jersey & Pennsylvania . If you do not reside in one of those states you will not be considered for employment.
Required Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess: Doctorate degree certification and state license in Occupational Therapy. Relevant professional experience of 5 years or more. Expertise and experience with autism interoception or trauma. Successful candidates will demonstrate teaching excellence excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative processes. They will have a demonstrated commitment to teaching adult learners and proficiency in teaching online with highimpact strategies. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to interact with others while maintaining professionalism and respect for all individuals.
