The Opportunity
Adobe Experience Platform is a modern platform that powers the next generation of Adobe Experience Cloud. It is composed of highperformance microservices that ingest analyze optimize action and govern data from the biggest companies in the world. Our customers entrust Adobe with their most valuable and meaningful data.
The Trust and Governance engineering team specializes in crafting services and features directly into the product that build trust with the customer and enable them to govern their data. We are looking for outstanding individuals with experience in data usage access control encryption tokenization and similar capabilities in largescale platforms.
What Youll Do
Work on a new platform and the foundation for Adobes next evolution.
Own the architecture and design for platform initiatives.
Work closely with your team to build and support performant microservices.
Work with Adobe leaders and architects to craft the product and technical vision.
Mentor and lead engineers in the team.
What you need to succeed
Proven experience building robust technology meeting highly regulated industry requirements.
10 years experience developing distributed systems
Expertise in supporting largescale data systems.
Experience working in a small team using Agile practices to quickly develop and deploy services.
Comfortably communicate complex architecture and design to both technical and nontechnical audiences
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
