Job Description
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
North American Truck & Trailer a leading Midwest Kenworth Dealership with locations throughout the Midwest is looking for a fulltime accounting associate in its corporate office in Sioux Falls SD. This positions primary responsibilities will fall within accounts payable and financial statement preparation. We are an exciting and fast growing company. Come join our team.
Specific duties are as follows:
- Obtain accounts payable vendor invoices from the various dealership locations and ensure they are coded accurately and received timely
- Input accounts payable invoices into accounting software and pay the invoice.
- Prepare monthly sales tax filings
- Assist with preparation of monthly financials
- Other duties as assigned by the Controller
Interested candidates should have good communications skills and teamwork mentality.
Interested candidates must have 2 years of accounting experience with both accounts payable and financial statements.
