Private family looking hire a full time Household Manager in Winter Park Florida.

The position would include full household management for a 7000 square foot house with two adults and five children. This client is excited to onboard their first Household family needs a rockstar Household Manager/Family Assistant. Someone who is equipped and experienced in running and maintaining a home. Their top priority with this hire is being able to be hands off with the care of the home. This candidate will be efficient in time management efficient with scheduling vendors managing them and managing household projects. Household Management duties would include but not limited to Maintain all watercraft and automobiles (making sure they have gas scheduling vendors for care when needed) Manage all vendors and home projects Pool Pest control AC Establish regular maintenance schedule for home including all appliances Manage contractors for renovations and new projects Assist with property management for future properties Help with Kids in the sense ofDriving Homework etc. Technology assistance Pet care when out of town House sitting when out of town Meal Planning and Cooking.
The Ideal Candidate:Positive attitude hard working willingness to learn and improve willing to take initiative and dive in to a big project. Highest moral character. Candidate would need to be discreet cordial and hardworking. Top priority for someone experienced who can beintuitiveandanticipate a homesneeds.
Requested Duration: 5 years
