ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcomes guest provides exceptional customer service encourages guest to enroll in our new card sign up program and create brand loyalty.
- Follows all relevant policies and procedures keep confidentiality of VIP information
- Ability to communicate with other departments both on property and within all Caesars entertainment also with vendors/partners.
- Be familiar and help with Horseshoe promotions and events.
- Showcase exemplary usage of RTCM system used for greeting guests and maintaining high visibility on the casino floor.
- Promote in Casino events both on and off property.
- Makes sound complimentary decisions based on customers play
- Meet and greet guests and keep the highest levels of courtesy friendliness and hospitable attitude throughout interactions
- Attempts to develop guest play levels to the level of being assigned an Executive Host
- Assist Casino Marketing daily operation duties as assigned by Casino Marketing leadership.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- College degree preferred
- Must be at least 21
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience
- Must have the ability to resolve stressful situations
- Must have exceptional guest service skills
- Bilingual (Fluent) in English and Chinese/Cantonese required
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication teambuilding and problemsolving skills
- Must be able to work extended hours during special events including limited overnight travel
- Must have the ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to adhere to all Indiana gaming regulations and guideline
