Vice President of Sales and Marketing Red Cedar
Overview
The Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Red Cedar Capital Partners is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth increased market share and to position Red Cedar as the Builder of Choice in Charlotte Greenville and surrounding markets. This executive role oversees both the homebuilding and real estate brokerage arms of the organization ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a confident strategic and visionary leader who is capable of mentoring highperforming teams guiding a network of sales agents and collaborating crossfunctionally with construction operations and the executive leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sustainable growth.
Essential Duties Responsibilities:
Establish implement and monitor sales processes and goals.
Manage both internal and external sales agents who represent our communities and our infill products.
Review real estate contracts deal execution and closing processes for accuracy and compliance.
Manage and lead the Closing Coordinator.
Experience with onboarding CRM tools and other project management solution software.
Oversee and track the sales teams commission structures.
In addition to managing the sales team this role is also responsible for creating implementing and managing the Online Sales platform as well as the Online Sales Specialist.
Establish and implement a new community opening process strategic planning for product pricing positioning model home and sales center planning.
Oversee both digital and traditional marketing efforts including website social media branding signage sales collateral
advertising content creation and events.
Demonstrated experience pulling understanding and reporting on digital advertising and website metrics adjust tactics based on
performance data.
Manage both the sales and marketing budgets ensure resources and spends are allocated for an optimal return on investment.
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration between sales marketing procurement construction finance and executive leadership to
improve processes and collaboration.
Oversee business growth and expansions in current and new emerging markets.
Experience partnering developing and integrating a new Design Center manage process throughout each stage.
Stay up to date on real estate regulations and industry trends to develop business strategies and attract clients.
Manage project timelines budgets and performance outcomes stepping in to support highstakes initiatives when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Valid North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License (required).
Demonstrated leadership in real estate sales and marketing in a supervisory role.
Experience leading and executing community sales as well as spec sales and infill product.
Prior experience in developing new construction communities or residential homebuilding in the Southeastern and Charlotte
markets or similar markets preferred.
Strong network within the Southeastern and Charlotte real estate and homebuilding industries preferred.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred not required).
Adaptability to shift strategies based on realtime market conditions or feedback.
Expertise in graphic design platforms (e.g. Illustrator InDesign) is a strong plus.
Extensive experience with strategic planning campaign development and revenue generation in real estate home building or
related sectors.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once.
Proven success in the ability to motivate build mentor and lead highperforming sales and marketing teams within the
homebuilding industry.
Comprehensive understanding of the Charlotte and Southeast region real estate markets competitive landscape industry trends
and local regulations.
Confident and selfassured with the ability to make and communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Skilled at interpreting sales data market reports and performance metrics for informed decision making.
Schedule:
MondayFriday standard daytime hours; 8:00 am 5 pm
Job Type:
Fulltime position averaging 40 hours per week
Compensation:
Annual base salary range $180000 $200000
50% annual bonus broken down into quarterly payments based on meeting KPIs.

Work Environment:
Officebased environment with a business casual dress code. Standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and filing cabinets are used in this role.
