The Reemployment Assistance Division is seeking a motivated and detailoriented professional to serve as a Tax Program Representative. This role involves conducting investigations and enforcing compliance with state laws rules and regulations related to the Reemployment Assistance Program. Core responsibilities include:
Establishing new employer accounts.
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of quarterly wage reports and state taxes.
Investigating discrepancies in wages and earnings including following up on tips or leads.
Communicating directly with employers to gather information and ensure compliance.
Participating in collection processes to recover payments due.

The Ideal Candidate:

A bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of:
Principles and procedures of accounting
