Description

Are you passionate about soccer and working with youth Were looking for four (4) enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Summer Soccer Coaches/Counselors for a five (5) day camp! Help young athletes build skills confidence and teamworkall while having fun!

Camp Dates & Hours:

  • Camp Duration: June 23 June 27 2025
  • FullDay Camp Hours: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
  • HalfDay Camp Hours: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM
  • Additional time is required for precamp meetings and postcamp wrapup.

Compensation:

  • FullDay Camp: $385 $450 for the week based on qualifications and experience
  • HalfDay Camp: $200 for the week

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Leads daily soccer lessons
  • Plans develops and supervises activities such as soccer drills
  • Provides feedback to campers on technique and progress
  • Assists with setup and implementation of sport activities
  • Communicates with coworkers and supervisor regarding program needs problems and/or successes
  • Demonstrates a willingness to participate in all areas of the program
  • Maintains a safe clean and positive program environment
  • Acts as a positive mature program representative when working with the public
  • Identifies and responds to possible hazards related to the activities
  • Demonstrates ability to work as a team as well as independently
  • Establishes effective working relationships with other staff members program participants and the public
  • Responsible for camper checkin and checkout
  • Reports all emergencies illnesses or injuries to the director/supervisor
  • Knows and follows all Emergency Action Plans (EAP) plans for your location on campus


Required Qualifications for Graduated Applicants:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Note: Graduating seniors or individuals who have completed high school will be asked to provide a copy of their diploma or equivalent documentation
  • Knowledge of soccer activities for children ages 515
  • Experience playing soccer at an advanced level
  • Experience working with youth in an athletic camp setting or as a coach

  • High school student with demonstrated knowledge and experience in soccer instruction
  • Knowledge of soccer activities for children ages 515
