This position will be based in the HQ Charlotte NC.
All about the role:
The Supply Chain Planner will be mainly responsible for deployment and redeployment for stock transferring between Hubs to RDCs. The Supply Chain Planner will collaborate and work with Sales Sales Ops and Product Line Supply Chain Transportation & Warehousing teams Planning Finance Quality Headquarters RDC and Hub locations Global Logistics and 3PLs / 4PLs.
What youll do:
Ownership of deployment planning and execution of Hub deployment activities for Sourced products.
Collaborate with Fulfillment to adjust plans if operations are unable to support full deployment plan (postpone cancel modify STO).
Maintain visibility to priority models and expedite deployment to fill immediate demand gaps.
Monitor demand forecast of consistently constrained models and work with the Planning team to reduce the gap in coverage.
Identify demand variances on hub models with S&OE processes and proactively deploy units to avoid stockouts.
Carton shipment management for all RDCs and across all categories.
Monitor daily inbound supply and locationlevel inventory to proactively identify and mitigate potential stock shortages across the RDC network.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Operations Supply Planning and Warehousing to adjust deployment plans in response to demand changes supply disruptions or urgent priority shifts.
Provide clear datadriven insights during weekly S&OE meetings to support decisionmaking on product availability critical shortages and redeployment actions.
Evaluate hubtoRDC deployment scenarios to optimize inventory coverage and minimize risk of stockouts excess or costly redeployments.
Drive execution of nearterm inventory balancing strategies using realtime data and structured exception management processes.
Support seamless execution of phasein/phaseout transitions for sourced products by monitoring inventory impacts and communicating risks early.
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree preferred.
2 years of experience in supply chain/inventory management/logistics or equivalent work experience.
Experience managing logistics and/or planning.
Experience in project management and cost down initiatives.
