Job Summary
The Parts Department at Hagerstown Ford is seeking a full time parts counterperson.
We have an immediate opening for a parts specialist in our growing operation. Our Collision Center and Quick Lane operations and now our main shop expansion are adding to our growth and we need the right person to keep the momentum going!
This is a full time position with paid holidays health insurance benefits and paid time off. Dental disability and 401k are also available. Competitive pay and will be based on qualifications. Contact the parts department manager Pat OBrien at or stop by in person and pick up an application.

- Assist in keeping the parts area clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigne
- Previous experience in automotive/truck parts sales
- Dealership-level work experience a plus
- Ford/Lincoln/Mercury experience is a bigger plus
- Would consider an individual with other automotive parts/repair related experience
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
