The City of Falls Church is recruiting a permanent parttime (20 hours per week) Library Assistant I position to regularly work weekends as well as one or more weekday shifts and one weekday evening shift in the Adult Services Department at the Mary Riley Styles Public Library in Falls Church Virginia. ;The Library Assistant will support the Mary Riley Styles Public Librarys Mission Vision and Values by fostering a welcoming environment and promoting flexible forwardthinking service. The position will focus on directly serving the community and ensuring that members feel welcomed and informed about library resources.

This is a 20 hour per week position that will typically be scheduled with regular weekend shifts plus one or more weekday shift and one evening shift each week.
Salary & Benefits: ; Starting Salary $23570.52 ($22.67 per hour) depending on qualifications.
