Earn $30.00 to $45.00 per hour based on experience and shift
Maintains and repairs the facilitys structure equipment and grounds including plumbing electrical and skilled trades work such as carpentry or painting in the construction repair or alteration of structures such as walls roofs or office with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work from blueprints drawings or rough sketches. The candidate must be a selfstarter and have the demonstrated ability to drive projects through completion.
Skill: As a skilled specialist completes tasks in creative and effective ways.
Job Complexity: Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions
Supervision: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. May be informal team leader.
Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 4 6 years of related experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate schedule and perform Preventative Maintenance activities in multiple facilities.
- Assure maximum equipment uptime (7x24) of facilities systems; including HVAC systems supporting Class 10000 cleanrooms DI watercompressed air industrial gases electrical distribution process plumbing etc.
- Use CMMS (computerized maintenance management software) as a tool to establish and schedule PM activities and coordinate workload.
- Provide excellent Customer Service levels maintaining a work request/work order system within department services.
- Assure facility systems are compliant with all regulatory and company life and environmental safety programs.
- Work w/crossfunctional departments to determine facility infrastructure needs supporting production requirements.
- Respond to equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical failures as needed to support manufacturing.
- Compressed work week schedule (12 hr. shift)
QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:
- Position requires a wellrounded technical background in all areas of facilities operations.
- Good working knowledge of Facility building management systems.
- Specialist in at least one facilities discipline. (OFA DI water FMS controls ETC)
- Candidate must be well organized and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals within and outside the organization.
- 5 years experience in HVAC preventative maintenance balancing assessment and knowledge of fabrication techniques.
- HVAC control systems knowledge
- High Plumbing/electrical knowledge
- Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisory personnel and coworkers.

- Works in wafer fabrication and clean room environment requiring clean room gowning (smock hood gloves booties etc.)
- Exposure to moderate noise levels.
- Exposure to stored energy hazards (electricity compressed gases etc.)
- Exposure to chemicals needed for processing wafers such as alcohol acetone acids solvents and photo resist.
- Works in a facility that houses hazardous chemicals.
