At a Watermark Community our Baker does so much more than what the title reflects. For us it is about working with people who take great pride in their work. We are looking for a unique person with a unique combination of skills. For us the right person will have experience in a commercial kitchen baking pastries cakes cookies and much more. The right person for us will be kind patient and extremely well organized and will be committed to providing extraordinary service.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Baker. If you have 24 years experience baking in a commercial kitchen in high volume you just might be the right candidate.
The right candidate will be organized hands on team player with exceptional communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate for us will be equally proficient in working with seniors and working with associates. If your experience and passion fit our criteria we invite you to answer this ad.

- Excellent organizational skills
- Commercial kitchen experience
- High volume baking experience
