JOB SUMMARY
The OSR is seeking undergraduate students to serve as Administrative Research Assistants under the ISA classification. Students will support daytoday operations and strategic planning of OSR programs such as the Summer Research Program and Meeting of the Minds Symposium. Administrative ISAs will assist in communications event logistics data entry and outreach to students and faculty. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting research at CSUSB.
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES
Provide clerical and administrative support including scheduling email correspondence and filing.
Support the planning and execution of workshops events and research conferences.
Create promotional materials newsletters and social media content.
Assist with data entry and the maintenance of researchrelated databases.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a currently enrolled graduate student at CSUSB.
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
