Cohesity is looking for an experienced Principal Solutions Architect to join our team. The Principal Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in providing strategic insights and analysis on the competitive landscape to guide decisionmaking within the organization. Equipped with these valuable insights you will be asked to develop competitive collateral to enable the Cohesity field teams and external partners to successfully position our products in competitive environments.You would be responsible for making recommendations to senior sales and product leadership influencing roadmap and strategy.
This position requires creating and maintaining competitive collaterals such as Sales Battlecards Sales Playbooks and Competitive deep dive decks. A combination of technical skills analytical skills keep track of competitor activities product launches pricing strategies and promotional tactics to identify potential impacts on our market. Create detailed reports and presentations highlighting competitive analysis findings to support the organization in maintaining a competitive edge.
HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Drive Manageability product features tied to Service Providers and Asa Service delivery.
- Drive key capabilities such Multitenancy Usage tracking User management Monitoring and Analytics.
- Drive Platform Manageability and Lifecycle requirements working closely with customers
- Analyze customer needs target markets and trends competitive environments and partner offerings to identify business opportunities.
- Training internal stakeholders on new product features and providing support to the field and customers.
- Help the product management team with Product Competitive Technical and Sales collaterals.
- Work with different platforms to figure out crossfunctional strategies for a better customer and partner experience.
WED LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Product Management experience with building and managing Asa Service offerings
- Experience working with Service Providers preferred
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure Manageability and Lifecycle Management from Day0 to Dayn operations
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Excellent verbal written communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build quantitative data models and forecasts perform product and market comparisons (competitive intelligence)
- Ability to function well in a fastpaced dynamic environment with competing priorities and solve complex problems with available resources
- Post Graduate Degree in management preferably with an Engineering degree in Computer science
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors including a candidates skills qualifications and experience location and salary expectations and therefore a starting salary at the low end high end or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation commission (if in a sales function) and/or equity grants.
