Job Description

Farm Credit of the Virginias is seeking to fill a Business Service Specialist in their Harrisonburg VA branch to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and provide essential administrative and loan support to our lending team. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy working collaboratively to make a difference this is for you!
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two plus years of work experience in lending finance or related
May require overtime with limited notice to meet customer demands
May require travel to other offices cover for others in the BSS role who are out of the office and minimal travel for training
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Skilled in applying sound judgment and decision making
Knowledge of credit and accounting policies and procedures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Superior attention to detail
Salary Range: $plus incentive opportunities
