Automotive Parts Counterperson Join the CAPITAL TEAM!!
Do you have a passion for cars an eye for detail and a knack for organization CAPITAL CHEVROLET of SHALLOTTE is looking for amotivated and customerfocused Automotive Parts Counterperson to support our fastpaced and friendly Parts Department.
In this role youll be at the heart of operationshelping customers and technicians find the right parts keeping inventory running smoothly and contributing to a safe organized and efficient workplace. What Youll Do:
Sales & Support: Assist walkin customers service techs and phonein clients with parts ordersalways with a helpful attitude.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels receive shipments restock shelves and place timely orders to keep things moving.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately process parts orders and provide clear price quotes.
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions invoices and special orders.
Teamwork: Pitch in with shipping packing and other warehouse duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly.
Customer Experience: Ensure each customer interaction is friendly efficient and solutionoriented.
What Were Looking For:
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Prior experience in automotive parts sales is preferred.
Familiarity with inventory management systems (a plus!).
Ability to lift and carry heavy items and work on your feet.
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to process changes.
Must pass preemployment background screenings.
