With an overwhelming volume of referrals we currently have immediate office space available and client demand for both inperson and hybrid telehealth options.

Your Role
As a licensed mental health professional at BCA you will:
- Establish rapport and maintain strong clinical relationships with clients
- Conduct intake evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Provide ongoing therapy aligned with clinical best practices
- Maintain timely accurate documentation and progress notes
- Manage clinical risk and provide crisis support as needed
Requirements
- Licensed Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania (in good standing)
- Current FBI background check and child abuse clearances
- Strong clinical judgment and case management skills
- Commitment to ethical care and collaborative practice
- Positive teamoriented mindset
- Willingness to contribute to a healthy supportive clinical environment
