We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. As an Office Clerk you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that support daily operations. Your primary duties will include handling correspondence maintaining records and providing essential support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls emails and inperson inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems for physical and digital documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Preparing and processing invoices reports memos and other correspondence as required.
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members or departments as needed.
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently ensuring uptodate information in relevant databases.
  • Managing office supplies inventory including ordering and restocking supplies in a timely manner.

Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or clerical training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a related administrative role is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in using office software such as MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and email applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing data entry and recordkeeping tasks.
