You will:

  • Use workforce analytics PI and predictive data to make highimpact decisions

  • APlayer Acquisition Create and maintain a recruiting machine that consistently hires high performers

  • Leadership Development Coach managers to lead with clarity courage and results

  • Performance Management Design systems that reinforce ownership transparency and excellence

  • Workforce Planning Build scalable org structures that match business trajectory

  • Tech & Analytics Stack Leverage HR tech dashboards and PI to guide talent decisions

  • Remote/Hybrid Optimization Align talent strategy to support a dynamic distributed workforce
