GC Realty & Development is seeking a Director of People Operationsa bold leader who combines radical candor with strategic foresight to design and lead a performancedriven culture where the bar is high ownership is expected and results matter most.

You will:
Recruit retain and develop only toptier talentno room for average players
Empower managers to become hightrust highaccountability leaders
Embed performance ownership and radical candor into the companys DNA
Eliminate micromanagementcreate selfdirected teams that GSD
Use workforce analytics PI and predictive data to make highimpact decisions
Align talent strategy directly to company growth culture and customer success

Leadership Development Coach managers to lead with clarity courage and results
Performance Management Design systems that reinforce ownership transparency and excellence
Workforce Planning Build scalable org structures that match business trajectory
Tech & Analytics Stack Leverage HR tech dashboards and PI to guide talent decisions
Remote/Hybrid Optimization Align talent strategy to support a dynamic distributed workforce
Compensation: $100000$120000 base performance bonus up to 10% (effective 2025)
