Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Shop Foreman or similar leadership role in an automotive dealership.
- Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover and/or Volvo vehicles (preferred but not required).
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage a highperforming service team.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Certifications: ASE certification and manufacturerspecific training are a plus.
