RieLes Group we are seeking an Intelligence Analyst III (Program Manager) to provide onsite support to the FBI Laboratory at Arsenal AL. It is a key part of the FBIs operations hub in Huntsville Alabama. Located within the Redstone Arsenal it supports a wide range of missions including forensic analysis cyber operations and advanced training. The site houses specialized units such as the Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center (TEDAC) the Innovation Center for technical training and the Tennessee Valley Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory (TVRCFL). With over 2000 personnel the facility promotes interagency collaboration with the Department of Defense NASA and other federal entities serving as a major center for national security and law enforcement innovation.

The Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU) provides analysis of forensic exploitation to address the requirements of the FBI and the United States Intelligence Community (USIC).

Position Overview
The Intelligence Analyst III serves as the Program Manager for contract intelligence operations supporting the FBI Laboratory Division. This leadership role oversees intelligence exploitation and analysis initiatives and ensures the delivery of timely actionable intelligence to support national security objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contract intelligence staff and operations in support of LIUs mission
- Manage task execution ensure deliverables meet quality standards and maintain compliance with contract requirements
- Provide operational raw and tactical intelligence analysis for FBI and USIC dissemination
- Facilitate communication with government stakeholders and interagency partners
- Lead monthly reporting on project status and financials
- Support the development and release of finished intelligence products
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen with active Top Secret/SCI clearance and CI polygraph
- Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of intelligence analysis experience in the USIC
- At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Strong editorial and grammar proficiency with at least two (2) years in writingfocused roles
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in military law enforcement or federal government roles
- Experience in hard science or technical domains
- Certified release authority for intelligence product dissemination
