The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced NonDestructive Test (NDT) Quality Test Specialist 2nd Shift to join the 737program based out of Renton and/or Seattle Washington.

Position Responsibilities:
- Performs setup for specialized nondestructive test or measurement equipment
- Develops procedures and processes
- Performs tests or inspections and collects data
- Documents analyzes and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations
- Provides feedback on adverse trends
- Responsible for nondestructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products
- Conducts certification preparation training
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of experience in NDI (nondestructive inspection) or NDT (nondestructive test)
- Ability to work variable shifts overtime and weekends if necessary
- Ability to travel 1020% of the time
- Capable of working in confined spaces and fit through a 10X18 oval opening
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Current or prior certification from American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Compliant Level 2 or 3 Ultrasonic Inspection and Eddy Current Inspection and/or equivalent of 800 hours of documented On the Job Training and 80 hours of compliant classroom training
- Associates degree or higher a Technical certificate or degree or 2 or more years of equivalent technical experience
