SIGNON BONUS FOR ELIGIBLE NEW HIRES
$2000 signon bonus to eligible new hires with qualified experience of 2 years cashiering experience.
- 25% after 90 days
- 25% after 180 days
- 50% after 1 (one) year
JOB SUMMARY
Performs daily audits of gaming and nongaming areas for the Grand Victoria Casino. Must be able to work weekends.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and adhere to Grand Victoria Casino and Accounting standards policies and procedures.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the Federal Cash Reporting Requirements required under Title 31.
- Perform daily companywide departmental audits research and resolve all discoveries and document any changes
- Adhere to all gaming regulations
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Basic knowledge of computers and ability to input data
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Capacity to work well with others and handle stressful situations with easeAbility to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license
- Six months prior accounting experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Requires sitting approximately ninety (90%) percent of shift; requires bending and/or reaching from floor level to a height of six (6) feet
- Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature lighting and noise levels

Salary Range: $19.00 20.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
