Engineering Technician
Location: East Aurora NY (Onsite)

As an Engineering Technician on our team youll be a key player in making sure our advanced aerospace electronics meet the highest standards before they ever leave the building. Your daytoday work directly contributes to solving problems and ensuring product quality across multiple programs.
What Youll Do
Youll work handson with products that support commercial business and military aircraft identifying issues diagnosing root causes and helping keep our lines running smoothly. Youll:
- Troubleshoot electronic assemblies that fail acceptance testing
- Conduct detailed visual inspections for workmanship soldering wiring and component placement
- Use test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes meters spectrum analyzers etc.) to capture and analyze data
- Determine root causes of test failures and work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues
- Document your findings clearly and consistently
- Help ensure quality through rigorous attention to detail and collaboration
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting electronic circuits
- Ability to read circuit board schematics and layouts
- Handson skill with test equipment such as oscilloscopes function generators power supplies and more
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- A teamoriented mindset with a focus on precision and problemsolving
- Technical degree preferred but not required

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Does not have any supervisory responsibilities but may serve as a coach trainer and mentor for others within the organization.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Due to federal contract obligations must be a US Person in accordance with ITAR.
Physical Demands *
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand walk sit use hands and or arms to pull handles and push buttons and reach objects. Requirements may also include climbing balancing stooping bending reaching kneeling crouching or crawling. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation
$20.00$25.00/hour
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check and applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.
